Delete your BoothIQ account
You can delete your account yourself in the app. Or email us and we will do it for you.
Delete your account in the app
- Open BoothIQ.
- Tap the menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Profile.
- Open the Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
On older versions of the iOS app, tap Settings, then Profile, then the Danger Zone.
No app access?
Email john@getboothiq.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will delete the account for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes the account and everything in it:
- Your leads
- Your notes
- Your photos
- Your voice notes
- Your files
Deletion is permanent. We cannot get your data back. We keep nothing after you delete, and there is no retention period beyond our standard backups expiring on their own schedule.
