1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@getboothiq.com.

2. What You Can Do

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose: capturing, managing, and following up on leads from events. You may connect the Service to third-party tools (CRMs, AI assistants, email providers) as supported by the Service.

3. What You Cannot Do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of the content you upload, record, or create through the Service. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the data you collect through the Service, including ensuring you have the right to collect and store contact information from the people you meet at events.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party services such as CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), AI assistants (via MCP), and email providers. These integrations are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

6. AI and MCP Server

When you connect the Service to an AI assistant via our MCP server, the AI assistant can read your events, meetings, contacts, and conversation summaries on your behalf. All MCP access is read-only and scoped to your authenticated account. We do not control how the AI assistant provider processes the data once it leaves our server.

7. Free and Paid Plans

Some features are available for free. Others require a paid subscription. We will clearly indicate which features require payment. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If we terminate your account, we will make your data available for export for 30 days unless required by law to delete it sooner.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoothIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
