I've been to enough trade shows to know the pattern. You have a great conversation, exchange cards, promise to follow up. Then you fly home, dump a pile of badges on your desk, and half of them mean nothing because you can't remember who said what.

The tools that existed made it worse. Clunky badge scanners you had to rent. Apps that crashed mid-scan. CSV exports that needed hours of cleanup before they could go anywhere near a CRM. Every tool I tried pulled me further from the conversations I was there to have.

I spent 15 years in operations, consulting, and advisory work. The same lesson kept showing up: good strategy falls apart when the tools fight you. So we built something different.

Our Story

We built our first proof of concept in June 2025. I took it to an event and it worked. People at the booth next to us saw it and wanted it.

Every event since, the same thing happens. Someone watches us scan a handwritten nametag, or leave a voice memo and send a follow-up before we leave the booth, and they ask what we're using.

I still can't believe something like this didn't exist before. The technology is there. AI can read a badge in seconds. It can transcribe a conversation and pull out the next steps. It can send a personal follow-up while the handshake is still warm. Nobody had put it together in a way that actually works at an event.

Every event teaches us something. Every user makes the product better. We're on a mission to build the best event tool companion on the market, and we believe our deep experience in events, product, and engineering are the perfect combination to make that happen.
