Founder
Emily brings 15+ years of experience as a Global Solutions Consultant Leader, specializing in talent acquisition process re-engineering and service design thinking. Her background in technology-enabled business transformations gave her a unique perspective on operational inefficiencies.
While attending conferences and trade shows, she experienced the same manual lead capture problems her clients faced: CSV files that needed reformatting, CRM data entry that took days, and leads going cold during post-event follow-up. When she asked "How do I get this CSV into Salesforce?" the answer was clear: build a better solution.
She founded BoothIQ to apply the same process improvement methodology she used in talent acquisition to event lead capture. Today, BoothIQ helps field marketing teams and sales organizations automate post-event workflows and measure conference ROI.
Our Story
The Problem
Field marketing teams face the same post-event challenges: manual data entry from badge scans, reformatting CSV files for CRM import, and delayed follow-up while leads go cold. Measuring event marketing ROI and tracking which booth conversations convert to pipeline requires stitching together multiple systems.
The Solution
BoothIQ automates this workflow. The platform records booth conversations, transcribes them, and syncs contact information and conversation notes to your CRM while you're still at the event. Sales teams can follow up immediately instead of waiting days for post-event data processing.
The Journey
We shipped our first proof of concept in June 2025 and launched a full-featured native iOS app on the App Store within months. BoothIQ now serves field marketing teams, account executives, and revenue operations professionals who need better tools for conference lead capture and event ROI measurement.
