- Yes. The Team plan is month-to-month. Subscribe for the month of your event, then cancel. $999 covers unlimited users and scans for the month. Your data stays in your account if you come back later.
- Do I have to pay year-round?
- No. You only pay during months you go to events. Pause before a quiet quarter and pick back up when event season returns. Your data stays right where you left it.
- How do I cancel?
- Two ways. Cancel directly in Stripe through the customer portal link in your billing email, or email support@getboothiq.com and we'll cancel for you. Your data stays in your account if you come back.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use modern, industry-standard encryption and store everything securely in the cloud. Enterprise customers can request custom data storage locations.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. No credit card, no trial period, no catch. Use it at every event you attend. If you go to conferences, you get AI-powered lead capture for free.
- Is there an annual plan?
- The Team plan is billed monthly, and you can pause anytime. For annual plans, or if you only attend a few events a year, contact us and we can craft a solution for your needs.
- Can I start free and upgrade later?
- Absolutely. Start as an individual with unlimited leads in one place. When your team needs event management and a shared workspace, upgrade to the Team plan. Need CRM sync and event ROI tracking in your CRM? That's part of Enterprise. Your data carries over either way.
