Yes. Teams is month-to-month. Subscribe for the month of your event, then cancel. $499 covers unlimited users and scans for the month. Your data stays in your account if you come back later.
Do I have to pay year-round?
No. You only pay during months you go to events. Pause before a quiet quarter and pick back up when event season returns. Your data stays right where you left it.
How do I cancel?
Two ways. Cancel directly in Stripe through the customer portal link in your billing email, or email support@getboothiq.com and we'll cancel for you. Your data stays in your account if you come back.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use modern, industry-standard encryption and store everything securely in the cloud. Enterprise customers can request custom data storage locations.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial period, no catch. Use it at every event you attend. If you go to conferences, you get AI-powered lead capture for free.
Is there an annual plan?
Not right now for Teams. You pay monthly, and you can pause anytime. If you need annual billing or volume pricing, that's something we handle on the Enterprise side.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start as an individual. When your team wants a shared workspace and event ROI tracking, upgrade to Teams. Need CRM sync? That's part of Enterprise. Your data carries over either way.
How does BoothIQ compare to renting badge scanners?

I don't see my CRM listed. Can you still sync?
CRM sync is an Enterprise feature with first-party support for HubSpot and Salesforce, and more on the way. Every plan includes CSV export so you can get your leads into any CRM. Our free CSV Formatter tool helps you map and clean your export for whatever system you use.
What if we need custom integrations?
